Got some done, somewhat disappointing but at least there was some progress:Cleared quite a few of the mistakes, not all but at least its getting taken care of and in a some weird way it felt good not sure if thats a good thing or not.Saved some money up, trying to complete tackling the rest of my first goal.

People around me are all talking about Texas but after I've done my own research and calculation I felt a bit disappointed at the cash flow there.

He said he has never had anyone as disappointed in his training as me. 

After a disappointing loss last year, he did apologize while pointing out ways that we had also slowed down the process.

In full disclosure, I have never really spent much time looking at RLGY or RMAX, but in the wake of disappointing results recently and significant drops in their share prices, I am curious on either the long or short side from a fundamental long term perspective, but its possible perhaps there is simply "nothing to do".On one hand, I am wondering what impact new entrants like Compass (and Redfin at the opposite end of the spectrum) are having on the large brand realtors in the eyes of brokers and agents.

I have no idea where your angry post came from, but as you are a BP Moderator, it was disappointing. 

I won't be super disappointed if I find the "catch" to why it's such a good deal.

To my disappointment, Roofstock kept it on their certified provider list.
