My attitude is who cares?

Gary Marker Part of being successful is failing and you certainly have the right attitude of letting it be a learning and humbling experience.

I just figure that "smaller time" owners don't know the difference and larger commercial agents aren't interested in doing small deals for small commissions (I personally think this attitude is worse on the commercial side than on the residential side).I hope this helps. 

But throughout history, smart investors usually held this attitude - "Nothing I have is for sale. 

The biggest thing I want to point out is you need a good attitude.

Members would be expected to bring a positive, supportive, and constructive attitude to each meeting.

Only show homes once they are under contract via FacetimeI dont mind dealing with inexperience but a good attitude is a must.

Be sure to protest these, they are a little bit forgiving if you go with a good attitude. 

You will surrender nothing.That's the attitude you need to have in this, no childish bravado and chest-pounding and then two weeks later you disappear and the BP community never hears from you again.
