Given that this is getting close to completion, I felt it was the right time to share more of my personal story here with the BP Community.In December of 2018, I engaged @Adam Mayberry as a architect/designer for my project. 

That's your choice.Then I'd talk to a Landscape Architect and have the person come up with some curb appeal ideas, and then get bids on that.If the total cost comes in below the per door cost to move forward then it "MIGHT BE" a go.I believe looking at each unit as one job to be completed is more intuitive than looking at the whole complex as a job to be completed.

Would love to host a meetup for members (wholesalers, agents, investors, contractors, architects, lenders etc.) local to the Austin area to proactively start building a network and community!

The concept of a zero day in this context is that with every challenge, every setback, every crisis, every time there is a vulnerability in the system, there is a dip in performance, the system goes offline as the architect of the system attempts to resolve the weakness.

However, I have a hard time to find contractors, architect to do the jobs. 

A professional architect maybe?
