I checked cook county assessor and treasurer's websites and it's odd enough that the PIN was classified as multi unit (code 211) and then got changed to single family less than 999 sq (202) around 2019.My questions are:1.

My memory is a little hazy, but I remember that it was enough to make me look elsewhere. 99% of properties are classified SFR anywhere close to the school, meaning a maximum of two different last names can live in the house, limiting you pretty much to families.
