Actually it only had 1 bedroom because two of the rooms did not have closets.

The house had a family room that I turned into a master bedroom by adding closets (turned it into a 3 bedroom vs 2) and we added a bathroom (had a large sun room that we turned into a pantry, bathroom and laundry room).
