One neighbor actually came over when we were touring the property because he didn't recognize us (I think that's a sign of a good neighborhood).

At that point I'll also dive into rental comps, etc.If after all that it still looks good I'll have a local team member tour it for me. 

They can go to the properties,tour them for you and be boots on the ground.

I will be traveling to attend a Roofstock presented tour of their properties in San Antonio on FEB 9th.

I put a link of the tour on the MLS allowing prospective buyers to walk through the home online.

As always do your homework, visit, tour the area, and speak to a lot of the locals.
