@TJ Addison Highly advise that you shred it and pay a lawyer $300 to do it...suppose you want to re-fi...think of the possible implications when you transfer title back to your own name(assuming 1-4 unit)...or when the tenant falls down the stairs and sues...the cost outweighs the negatives...you can't blame Rocket LawyerGood luck!

Make sure you have enough cash to finish the rehab on the property and that it can make money when you re fi out of it and rent it and you will be golden.Those items are all critical.
