If so is there any other way to fulfill that condition?

As long as the buyer fulfills their end of the contract, what does it matter?

Being trusted to come alongside them as an educator is much more fulfilling to me than the sale. 

The human brain is always in 100% support of it's host, so if you say you can't ___, your brain cements that as a fact, and places into subconsciousness that it is a fact that you can not, which reinforces your beliefs, and it becomes a spiral of a self-fulfilling prophecy. 

I have fulfilled my 1 Year commitment, however, he is indicated for me to utilize the 3% again I would have to move very far or have a drastic change which justify it. 

Our current tenants love the property and they announced that they would like to fulfill a RTO agreement for this property.

Good day BP,I currently have one 4-unit rental owned in my personal name and I have a duplex (foreclosure) under contract which will also be owned in my name (to fulfill fannie mae owner occupied requirement). 

It has paid of for the most part but I still fall into the "what if" way of thinking, but now I fulfill my love for all things aviation by watching all of the SpaceX launches :)

It's so fulfilling and fun that it's completely unfair!
