Perhaps nearby more country residents see Cleveland as their closest big city amenities for higher end options, museums, theater, concert, sports etc.    

Other then that, I don't know of a single program of any kind that lends itself to all that, closest being getting a license and changing career to Real Estate which isn't a realistic option, right. 

I'm interested in meeting local investors but the closest reia I found was in Sandy... just putting it out there, but I would like to try and get other ogdenites together to network! 

Although PICK up trucks in my area I couldn’t find, the closest was about 25 miles away and the ones I did find they have a high Rentals demand.

I have looked into REIA clubs before and closest to me is 2-hour drive.
