@George Krajacic Our policy at BiggerPockets is that if you want to have a link in your signature, you must upgrade to a Pro Account - you can do that here:www.biggerpockets.com/proEven when BiggerPockets used to allow basic signatures, those plain text signatures were just that - plain text.

Escrow was 90 days and at the time there was no one we could find doing acquisition to construction loans, especially to a couple kooks so we got a private money loan at 8% interest, 60% LTV, Interest Only to close the deal.Early project rendering.The homes are 840 square feet each and were a challenging design exercise due to rigid site constraints: a restrictive FAR, flood plain and 30' coastal height limit that really gave us a very defined envelope in which to operate.

First, there's no excuse for hanging up on you...that's just plain unprofessional...That said, depending on specifically what you said, you may have been suggesting something that the agent recognized as unethical or even illegal (giving out client names and/or paying referral fees off the HUD).Also, agents are generally leary of wholesalers, as they realize wholesalers -- by virtue of generally being unlicensed and inexperienced -- can put agents into situations that are difficult, unethical or illegal.I would hone your experience by getting a few deals under your belt before you start approaching licensed agents with partnership opportunities.
