Hi @Cherish NicoleNot sure about Tampa Bay, specifically, but I do know that there are a number of "big" brokerages (Keller Williams, Century 21) that offer 100% splits after a certain threshold is reached.

I would recommend going with a small brokerage and not a Remax, Coldwell, Keller Williams, etc as they may charge you desk fees.

You can finish the course in about 3 months if you put your mind to it.The only other advice I have is to sign up with Keller Williams if you want to have the best training in the business.
