Hi All,I want to start this conversation out by explaining a little bit about myself and my goals, and hopefully through that I can spark a few conversations and get to know a few people here on this site!

Even though the seminar was a three-day sales pitch to sign up for the big package, my passion was sparked and I continued to learn on my own. 

Nothing gives me more joy than to transform a home while providing a safe and comfortable environment for tenants. 

I recently found a 2 bed/1 bath home selling for less than other comparable homes in the area, and upon entering the home, learned that with a few thousand dollar investment that it can easily be transformed into a 4 bed/1.5 bath home. 

@Kheri MouradWanting to diversify my 401k funds in other investments besides stocks and mutual funds sparked my interest in investing in real estate.

I'm unfamiliar with any new employers to the area that would spark a correction.

I've been following Holton Wise on Social Media which is what sparked my interest in TK.

Example:  Look at the number of skyscrapers in the West Loop and you can see the transformation in front of your eyes. 

It is definitely interesting to see what it is that sparks people's interest in getting back out there.

Listening to BP has sparked my interest in Real Estate again, and has given me some great ideas on how to move forward.
