I’m starting to dread the transition to Apartments.com and trying to decide whether to jump ship or not.

It also means there fighting to steer the ship.

Sometimes in real estate you just need to run a tight ship and this is one of those times. is this just hypothetical though?

I recently permitted a home in a resort town that will be panel built and shipped on a flat bed truck to the job site and be "dried in" in less than 2 weeks.I would not see any difference in appreciation for "panel built" homes over stick frame.jeffrey gordon

They came out great and for a total of 15 bucks including shipping I was able to get 50.

They shipped it at no cost, which shocked me, but hey, I'll take it.My opinion is spending a few hundred bucks for quality is worth it for great customer service when you need a part that is not universal and can't be found at Lowes, Ace or HD.  

Obviously you should avoid ever buying in your personal name to begin with but sometimes that ship has already sailed or can't be avoided so yes you then move quickly to get it out of your personal name as quickly as possible.Never do a quitclaim always a warranty deed (affects title insurance policy you bought originally).

You need a local lake agent who can understands vacation rentals and lake front real estate as it is a totally different animal that we have in kc: septic systems, docsk, dock permits, set backs, gravel vs paved roads, best locations.
