Many flats in London are over 150 years made of old iron pipe. 

They have since merged with RPM, which is somewhat ironic.

With a "go by" I can set one up in a couple hours, without it, a couple days, if there are multiple partners, estate issues, buy sell agreements, options, rights of recovery and set off of assets, collateral assignments and such, well, who knows, it could take a month or several months to iron out.

So I get a call today from 415-506-2407 saying that I needed to call a Brian King from the Dept. of the US Treasury - Legal Affairs office back at ironically the same number to discuss a legal matter I was involved in. 

Ironically (or not) my best professors in my MBA program were the ones that had made a ton of money and were doing the teaching thing in their later years.  

That is the ironic part.

With clay and cast iron pipe the sections of pipe are quite rigid.  

It is worth the extra money to hire a Real Estate Attorney to draw up an iron clad lease that protects both the landlord and the tenants.
