The easy route to the low hanging fruit of the market today is rarely profitable. 

Now you're low-hanging fruit .Do your homework and find a bank that will allow you to hold the title in an LLC, while you personally guarantee the note.

These are nice but not alway that fruitful. 

I was fortunate enough to get started when the low hanging fruit(mls REO's) was plentiful.

As in any area there are more areas with hanging fruit than others but there are opportunities everywhere.

The commission has apparently chosen to go after the “low hanging fruit”.  

They go after the low hanging fruit from hedge funds and listing websites like FCI, Watermark, Note Depot, etc.  

In any career, the money tree begins with seeds, knowledge, if you get good seeds you will get good fruit, if you get bad seeds you can have poisonous fruit.
