The seller won't know how many plumbing fixtures the buyer's construction contemplates (translation, they won't know the size of the tile field required), nor will they know the preferred location of the tile field - only the buyer knows their preferred footprint and building orientation.

I would guess you would have to put a little money up in escrow that was refundable, then you could go through your everything you need to do but i don't know where you are going to get the money for everything else like plans engineering pre app with city phase 1 environmental.

The finishings are not as nice and the footprint is a little smaller.Point to keep in mind is this does not include land, land prep, foundation, driveway, utilities, management.
