Yes I'm sure there are random out parcels not near a retail center-point, and that is not a drive too destination that are seeing some value drops, but in general those assets were never considered highly desirable, and yes sure you can be successful anywhere as a good operator. 

My parents have visited the Destin area numerous times and love the area, but the prices of the condos there are quite high. 

Power and Light District in KC is also a really popular destination.

Since I'm down here in Destin I have my main lender who has a 10% down product for alot of STR folks looking to take advantage of the 2nd home loan product.

I can't tell it so far.I keep raising rents on my LTR and STR'S and have no problem getting the higher amounts.People will always come up with vacation money for top properties in vacation destinations.
