REI isn't gambling if done correctly. 

Obviously buying a home without an inspection is a gamble.

There seems to be a plan in place to allow gambling which will further boost everything here.I mentioned above that I am a newbie investor, not entirely true, I own a good number of rental property in Germany.Is anyone here active in Dubai, currently looking to invest in Dubai or just living here?

Besides sending out a bazillion spam text messages, I don't see anyone going after distressed landlords offering to help out with tenant problems. 

Let them pay when they have the funds rather than gambling that they will still have it when due.  

Don't take it personally about the word 'Spam'.

Previously we've tried:Paid Craigslist Ads: The return was almost nothing as we didn't want to pay to post the listing multiple times a day, our ad just got bogged down amongst the rest of the spam. 

A majority of them will spam your inquiry, 30% will show up and another 50% of those will either never give you a quote or never follow-up.

Also, I hope my mail chimp e-mails avoid the spam folder.
