Hey guys, I recently joined Keller Williams as an agent in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.  

Real Estate Agents and the like,I have heard that some of the bigger companies such as Keller Williams or RE/Max will interview you and if they like you but you don't have your salesperson license they will pay for you to complete the required classes and then give you a job after you pass the exam.

Keller Williams has great introductory books for brokers and/or investors.

You might also find "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Garry Keller (of Keller Williams), Dave Jenks, and Jay Pappasan to be informative.When you say you are interested in small MFRs, do you mean duplexes to quads or five doors and above?

Today i got the mail and there was a letter from Keller Williams congratulating me on my license and instructing me to apply.  

On the other hand, my brokerage Keller Williams is very transparent and I can see production of every agent.

I am listening to the MIllionaire investor by gary keller the audiobook on youtube, that pretty much sums up a buy and hold strategy which I am going for.
