I wouldn't say I have a ton of experience I've just experienced it from a number of the different angles involved so it helps because it makes it easier to think about it both from a borrower's point of view and a lender's point of view.

Sorry if this sounds ridiculous but I've just never been exposed to the process first hand.

And I recently found out the hard way that it's best for a buyer to have their own agent so that at the time of a pending crisis occurring in the middle of the deal (i.e. results of a somewhat troubling home inspection report), there will be an educated professional on the buyer's side able to adequately address their concerns.

So I’ve just been trying to see how to lawfully go about it. 

I've just purchased a second home in Oakland, Ca as my primary residence.

So far I've just driven by without actually going up to the door.

Has there been a sub forum created and I've just missed it?
