It would take more information about your situation/finances to be able to give meaningful advice.

I think this is probably because meaningful connections take time to develop, and once you’ve made a connection with someone, it’s hard to remember that the only reason you made the connection in the first place was because of BP.

The sparkly "owner financing" got me...:-) I really appreciate all the advice based on your experience! 

Or show the house yourself and use some spark and personality.

Drive through neighborhoods and spark up conversation with crews you see already working on other properties.

Seriously, its just not a meaningful number.The fact its 8000 sq.ft in a neighborhood of 5000 sq.ft. houses makes it hard to value this place.
