It is a vehicle they listed on the application.I sent them a violation letter to have the stalled, non-working, unused car removed. 

Other places you have to pay an attorney to try to stall a hearing, that discourages people and you don't get delays if you don't have one by the court date.

So John if you would get off your high horse and don't try to discourage new investor and wholesaler and keep your opinion to yourself and don't post over 3000 posts about how bad everyone is and you are the best and think your bullying others are cool just to make you feel better about yourself!

My wife and I are growing our family and considering a larger home...current home around 2,000 sq feet, 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 stall garage.  

If the other tenant isn't sharing that space I think $100 for both spots per month seems very fair.I have 11 units in Minneapolis, 2 garage stalls, and 11 off street parking spots.

., those along with other things can make living in a duplex seem unrealistic if your accustom to your 3 stall garage and man cave basement.That being said, if I was smarter and had given more thought to my financial future when I was 25 I would have house hacked several times over.

You're giving up real assets (property) for a virtual concept.Btw, all money is virtual and when devalued (eg WWii Deutschmarks), money becomes useless too :sigh:Greenbacks have been a World standard for ~2 centuries so why change horses mid-stream?
