Sorry, no data......from my view:If one earned money from which to "fix-flip"(unless you have a Gen Contractors lic, have side time... whatever), my opinion, [CAUTION] South Florida is nonsense clown act, (synthetic growth), Irma money is overbuilding / lifting a false R/E data market, and thanks to local tax multipliers are up 1-2 points; only adds to "comfort levels" if looking at SOUTH FL,  Monroe/Miami-Dade / Broward , etc, the East coast of the State has no industry to fund usual and customary lease terms.

Fear is usually just false evidence appearing real. 

If you are caught giving false information, it is a felony.

I hereby demand that you show proof that I was told that my money was available for pickup or explain why you just made a false representation to members of this online community. 

If it was a misdemeanor involving dishonesty or false statements, it could still have an effect but after 10 years you should be able to show sufficient rehabilitation.

This was fraudulent false advertising and misinformation.I demanded that they buy back my properties. at the price I had paid them, to reverse their scam, and they refused to respond.

Happy to answer questions but getting tired of false accusations from people who don't know a thing about me or my company.
