After my baby girl was born a couple of months ago, the desire to spend time focusing on what matters most in life (family, friends, loved ones) increased exponentially. 

Same for the guy who happens signs the lease and 3 months later meets the girl with a weakness for rescue pits.     

What if I hired some dancing girls to the party? 

I’m picturing you, a young man of 26 who spent NYE chasing after girls, waking up this morning with a hangover and driving yet again to this job that you tolerate while you ask yourself “what’s next”?

. :)  people tend to fall back into the same bad habits.and I think the boys and girls in that space will tell you that re performers have about a 50% chance of the note holder ending up owning the asset.. which can be  a disaster or it can be a good thing. 

In college you have an absolute smorgasboard of intellect, experiences, people, mentors and girls and yet you still have little responsibility.

I was just back in my hometown and while dining out I was being waited on by a girl from my high school graduating class, she was now back from college with her degree and waiting tables... a degree does not mean a job.
