I've been a bit busy trying to get a rehab done and closed this week, closing on Tuesday now, so haven't kept up too much on all the posts on this thread, but reading them now just confirms what I've always thought, WE HAVE SOME OF THE BEST READ, AND THOUGHTFUL posters on the web here on biggerpockets.I would like to recommend two books to everyone, both by Kevin Phillips, former Nixon aide and author in about '67 or '68 of "The Emerging Republican Majority", also the guy that coined the word "sunbelt".
