I think it’s a great idea to have some web presence.

With the presence of Boeing getting bigger and bigger coupled with the military bases rentals are commanding top rental rates.

I have a decent online presence in my market as well.  

I figured it would be best to have a website/social media presence to seem official to the property owners.

We also took into account things like locks, presence/absense of security system, amount of deductible.If there are other things that I should be considering in the course of shopping for a Homeowners Policy as a Landlord, and you can share those tips, I’d appreciate it.Thanks!

A strong presence pays off. 

Won, Washington Landlord Association doesn't have much of an on-line presence, but once you pay your dues they have great access to all the forms and they have in-house tenant screening if you don't want the applicant to do it on-line.  

They have been around for about 4 years and have a strong presence in marketing solar homes with a 15% mark-up.
