I would recommend RJ D'Cruz- he is a local broker and isn't affiliated with a big firm so you could probably keep your costs lower working with him.

It was more commonly used in residential from the late 60s through to the late 70s.Just look at the wires, the encodings on the wire casing will tell you what's inside.

@Eldin Kalic - the BP FilePace has lots of good stuff there, including some sample business plans you can download for free along with pro formas that you can adjust and probably plug in quite easily rather than build from scratch.A shout of for J.Scott's Book on Flipping Houses (no affiliation - just a happy & more well educated customer).  

I can think of many ways to create income, even wealth with very little cash in today's market but the experience that allows me to see and understand these systems is the success and failure of the past.There is 100's even 1000's of ways to make money in the affiliated real estate markets available to all of us.

The tax map is public information which would either be available electronically (PDF online) or in the municipalities (tax assessor, town clerk).From there, you can find your parcel of interest and the affiliated parcel number.Here's an example of what the tax map will look like with street numbers and parcel numbers.
