I had a big 2017 that included getting married to an amazing woman who motivates me to a be a better man every single day. 

Real estate is the highest commodity any American can own and the best way to build capital, and as a young black woman I want to be the first in my family to own real estate and give back to my community. 

The woman I spoke with said this is an IRS tax and I should call them. 

I made calls, found a senior woman in distress in a profitable home that was 80k in default on her loan.

This seems like a wonder community that I am happy to join and hopefully contribute to.About me: I'm engaged to a woman who is as smart as she is beautiful, and we are partners in our real estate investing business. 

We still laugh about the 80's TV commercial with the middle aged woman telling her husband that she wanted not jewelry but Sheets' course as her gift."

There was a woman there named XXX, she bought the $50,000 course with her husband.

@JPaul Mills  Often it is more about the (wo)man behind the marketing, moreso than the marketing itself.Bandit signs have worked for you because you made an effort to make them work for you...if that makes sense.  

Most of the people here instantly jumped to conclusions about this woman and want her out on the street.
