The person making 50k a year has a much tougher nut to crack.Lot's of ways to live life and generate the wealth someone wants.

Tougher time for a short period both in life and relationships.

Affordability in many parts of CA is getting tougher for middle class.

@Jason Hill I didn't realize you were still active duty, that makes it tougher to balance I am sure.

There are some select properties in the NYC metro area that still have it a bit tougher, but all of NYS now can have rent control as well as bunch of other tenant-friendly stipulations that used to just be unique to NYC. 

Typically the lower the asset class the tougher it becomes.

Now, I don't own 100 units, so those logistics could be tougher.

My tenants are tougher on the properties and my maintenance percentages are higher than normal.

Savannah would be another great choice.If I was 30 years younger I would be moving to Charleston in a heartbeat we do a lot of new construction there and its treated us well.buy hold is a little tougher as taxs are quite hi.. but cant have everything
