With the time sensitivity of a purchase and all the things that must be done, you don't want a lender that isn't familiar with the local rules and details that must be accomplished.

With that said I wouldn't just go throwing out sensitive information regarding notes or available loan portfolios on the open internet or to anyone I don't have a relationship with.
