Their website is very general and it seems they want you to call, presumably so they can get a sales person on you.As an additional note, a new user on here posted this website http://masonhill.com/, claiming the same kind of turn key rentals.

The latter seems to be more attractive to a tenant, because they think it belongs to a mom-n-pop type landlord (more lax screening presumed).Check out the competition, and see what they are doing that you aren't, and see what you're doing that they're not.You're now into the slow season, so showings will go down IMO.

Presumably, the other 80% is being put into investments that are yielding the same as or less than the original asset where you invested the 20%.

So while you're right that a fractional share isn't worth as much alone, that's not the offer they're asking you to buy them out of...presuming that other full purchase offer is a real one and equivalent.
