Maybe that's intended to motivate and raise our vision of what's possible, but I see a lot of new wholesalers here on BP who feel like failures because its been 6 months and they still haven't done a deal.

I am certainly not in the hyperinflation camp, because historically that has never happened with the core currency (U.S. dollar), only peripheral currencies.

Your job is to get the property at a good price and sell the vision to the end buyer.

More importantly it truly brought me enormous joy that you have freed yourself from something you hated and the vision and determination you have had to create a better life.
