I think my listing states in at least 4 different parts that the road is steep and advises to not book unless you are comfortable climbing the mountain.  

Mexico is the 7th most visited country on earth, with more than 40 million visitors per year and has been climbing the rankings in spite of all those problems.

I'm on track to climb and hit 6 figures by 30 (2 years for me). 

Also, I put my non profit on hold right now.So over-all, good progress but more needs to be done (as always...as an entrepreneur, there's always another mountain to climb - LOL).

Many of the students I teach have never rock climbed or gone on a hike so it is very rewarding to see them succeed and enjoy new things.I don't make a whole lot (only 2nd year teaching in a private school) so I decided to purchase my first property as soon as I could.

He has made over 100k annually for the last 10 yrs, and is currently at about 120k, yet his net worth for 401k, cash and equity is about 150kI have never made more than 110k (last year) and for the last 10 yrs averaged about 35k (great years and years where I traveled around rock climbing), yet I own one house outright worth 150k, have 60k in equity in a duplex, and am looking for my next property now with about 90k liquid.   

I have data from the four units unit back to 2011, and rents don't seem like they've climbed much at all.
