Clean all dried paint with a wire brush and then once the brush is rinsing clean, dry and coat in a very very thick coat of the jelly-like hand cleaner that you can get at any auto or mass merchant store.

If you are hooked up with the carpet cleaner that the local landlords use, he will know who is losing their property, who has too many vacancies, and who is fed up with tenant damage and eager to get out of the business.The guy I use cleans for many of the local landlords and also does a lot of carpets for the banks on their foreclosures.

I'm sure you will hear from OOS owners that self manage and pay their cleaner to respond to emergencies and guest requests, and that could certainly be a viable option, but that means you need to be on Airbnb, vrbo, homeaway, etc etc etc every single day managing all of the bookings and responding to the requests.

At the end of February/ middle of March, the property was sold to owner B and now managed by property manager B.We moved our 3/31/19We recently received our security deposit (missing the 250 refundable pet deposit)And also 175$ short for “cleaning and blinds repair”However, the blinds being referred to were in imperfect condition when we moved in, and I also hired a cleaner to come clean the apt for 8 hours (in addition the cleaning I had already done) if anything the property was cleaner than it was when we moved in.
