I aspire to purchase a property by my sophomore year through creative financing that I will live in and share with tenants (probably college buddies).

@Ronald Mejia I'll give you an alternate opinion you'll only here from 1% of investors, but free-and-clear is a beautiful thing...it's what we all should aspire to achieve.

I would recommend working with a real estate agent and/or a wholesaler to find your properties, so no need to work under them unless you aspire to become a wholesaler or real estate agent yourself.
