I assure you, it is almost always more insurance than they would have ever purchased otherwise and they could still justify even more death benefit (which I can easily accommodate by blending inexpensive term riders into the policy.

If the site requires a step or steps to get it entitled to accommodate the planned improvements, each of steps has the potential to increase value. 

Being smaller they will want to accommodate more for you so that they can retain your business and keep the cash flowing.

We changed our check in and check out times to accommodate the COVID protocols and we just left it in place.

Whether you list it as a cleaning up front or take it out of a deposit, doesn't make much of a difference.We don't offer mid stay cleanings but will accommodate when we can if requested by our guests.

Our biggest issue here is upper floor egress via window so its imperative that we upgrade.We also attempt to accommodate window shaker a/c units with more stable window frames.I always do it & constantly search for deals on windows at Lowes & HD.
