I'm an ex-Army type, if you need a quick swift kick let me know, LOL.As to guru hater, I think I have given many thier due, some are great marketeers, some deliver a good story that relates to the strategies making them easily understood, most seem to spin old stuff as new, many seem to exaggerate, some decieve, a few advocate unethical conduct and even illegal things to do.

@Caleb Bradley I actually grew up here, and have lived here most of my life (aside from a stint in the Navy and Army).The North End is actually a good spot for this.I agree with you in regards to having passive income monthly.

Put a day or two buffer period between guests.We only had an issue once, when someone cooked Indian (I think) food before they left...really strong curry and etc smell.

Possibly....but when a first-time homebuyer is being told from a "seasoned agent" that they can claim the appreciation from the home they are buying as income.....or that the true definition of an ARM is purposely withheld....the buyer thinks they are getting the info they need.
