But decent 4-5 bedroom houses are $500K+ here, so I am trying to find a way to have one of my businesses that is high inventory based rent a garage, workshop, etc. and pay our LLC to force cash flow better.

To me a passive investor invests money and does nothing else, by my definition that would providing capital for a return on your investment, as a private lender.We have quite a lot of people who do that at marei, and how they stay successful is that they have educated themselves on the process, know what a good deal is, AND they quite often attend not only the meetings but the Saturday and weekend workshops to get a more up close and personal education ND to see who else is out their learning.
