Are there any washers and dryers on the site? 

I I am looking a general contractor to remodel my basement adding a kitchen, washer and Dryer hook ups and add a walk out door so I can rent out my basement.

Hi,Allison.When there are two people living in an apartment when once there was one, twice as much laundry is going through the washer and dryer, and they break down more frequently.

I think my unit is unique because it's a 2-bed and 2-bath with in-unit washer/dryer, storage space, minimal assessment fees, and I believe it is priced to sell. 

It is newly renovated with stainless appliances, tile and wood floors, designer stacked ledge stone, glass & stone backsplash, crown moulding, upgraded lighting, ceiling fans and an updated washer/dryer combo.

He just renovated a single wide, put washer and dryer room right in the middle with separate door with locks and is renting the place out like a duplex!!  

Thank yall again for this information and pointing out that we need to prescreen everyone.We also sent the prequalifications to the lady coming on Sunday (who a few of yall said red flags because she wants to move in a month early), and this was her reply.

Our tenants don't have washer/dryers at present.

The tenants pay $1 per load for use of the washer and dryer so that helps out a bit. 

The quickest way to confirm though is to use an amp meter to measure the amps being drawn through each of the phases (120v lines entering the panel, usually at the top or bottom of the panel) when running the typical amount of appliances all at the same time, i.e. stove, washer, dryer, water heater, and AC should do it.
