This property is not in that area and looking through the police reports shows little to no crime in the neighborhood and no violent crimes.

Yeah Portland used to be that quaint as well .. that was until BLM starter their rallies and then Antifia high jacked them and made them very violent with huge amount of violence and window smashing.. what was walkable downtown is half boarded and when the nice people left the homeless replaced them.. its a sad situation.. so at least your fine city did not get screwed up like Portland and Seattle.. in this area rent control and other new rules that were passed by the ultra liberal have landlords rethinking the whole concept.

The numbers are certainly attractive but from my perspective and my own opinion about the city between high rents, everything being overpriced, taxes being very high, homeless issues, drug issues, the rise in violent crimes and the overall filth of the city, it is not worth the bet.

I would 100% absolutely NOT rent to these people, unless they can prove that the charges were falsely brought about (i.e. true slander).The fact that the crimes relate to aggressive and violent behavior is what's most concerning.
