., while gold will pass the 2k mark, it's just that on a percentile scale, silver wins hands down.I plan on liquidating my commodities in order to purchase real estate, it's just a matter of education before I decide what venue in RE to approach with an educated mind and an open wallet.

Delaware law will benefit you when there is an internal dispute between members, or when the third party suing you happens to be a Delaware corporation (and then, after much trouble, you can request a change of venue to Delaware if you were not actually sued there in the first place).

You know your business, you know its needs and given the particulars of the potential real estate investment, you will have to weighs the risk.Now, if the real state property is directly related to your business, such as rental venue of your business that becomes available for purchase, that could be a source of asset later on, but again it's all about risk managemnet.

We can't let our enthusiasm die.We need to be familiar with the whole RE spectrum but, at least at the beginning, we chose one, maximum two REI venues (Ex:Rehabbing and Lease Option).

I would agree that the rental market took a slight hit with the new housing that went up but that also included the removal of mansion park which housed a good amount of students (and I think that will be the future site of new housing - which is directly across main st from landmark) Other than that I know there are plans to expand the engineering building and various other sites at the Technology campus area down 322 eventually.I've heard that the local neighborhoods on the back side of campus and now behind the new boulevard is a hotspot right now - with new food and retail venues going in and being walking distance to everything it seems to be a good target area.
