It seems like PSI has grown, a couple landscape companies that way either sold or partnered with PSI because these landscape companies no longer do snow removal and refer people to PSI.  

Instead, start by sharing why you’re interested and ask questions to understand the seller’s motivation like, ‘Why do you think it hasn’t sold yet?’

Airbnb has never penalized bookings when the property is sold in my experience, just to provide documentation it was sold.
