Anacortes is a thriving town with a good downtown and enough amenities.

I do agree that the economy is doing very well in Seattle and there is a thriving tech industry that keeps growing every year.  

Rick Scott signed a bill that goes into effect in a month and a half that changes the states definition of telephone sale to include voicemail transmission, closing up the loophole RVM thrives within in that state. 

Even though NNN has tenants paying CAM the owner has to try to keep overall cam as low as possible so that the businesses can more easily pay annual rental increases and thrive.         

I live in the area and would love to ensure that the location thrives!
