Unless one of us can testify under oath that we saw them smoking it on the property, there really is nothing they can do at this point in time as far as taking them to court to evict them.

If you are going to carry a gun: 1) make sure you're doing it legally (i.e. have a carry permit), 2) bring a friend or associate with you, so if you have to use it you have a witness to testify that it was justified.
