Hi, I heard about borozoro from some friends aparently this website lets you lend workers or borrow them on a temporary basis, Did you ever lend a worker to someone ? 

We were informed 2 days before moving in that they only had a temporary CO and that some additional electrical work needed to be completed. 

This wasn't great because of the special assessment, but that was temporary, and I knew the fixed up property could sell for more, too.

Because of this, I always advise tenants that unless they have family they can stay with on a temporary basis, they are safer to give their landlord 60 day notice than 30 days.  

Temporary periods of inactivity while awaiting materials delivery, lack of rain for roofing, etc. do not interrupt possession. 

It seems like if you've told them, as part of this temporary situation while the electric is being upgraded, that they can only use x appliances on y outlets, it's on them if the circuit trips while you are away. 

If I were to use 1031 exchange funds obviously the timeline is tight, so I may have to use temporary financing to close the deal and then refinance.

Alternatively, you can learn how to do everything yourself so that you can address issues as they come up.On your existing problem: you may be able to provide some temporary relief for lighting and small outlet issues with a heavy-duty industrial/outdoor rated extension cord routed to a working receptacle on a circuit that's not already loaded down.
