Drywall cracks, space between trim and floor(both possible foundation issue indicators), proper attic venting(check temp in attic)

Stocks are shaky and I'm sick of Trump manipulating the market (intentionally or not, probably unintentionally) and the general flip-flopping of politics right now with China/NK, not to mention the other markets (Italy) that are having some troubling signs.

I would advise against a heat pump in this area, they really just don't perform well in temps below 40-35 degrees. 

As both @Dustin P. and @Doug McVinua have stated the communities around Chandler (Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan, Tempe) are just as good from an investment perspective.There has been a lot of press concerning future job growth both in Tech and Manufacturing in the East Valley.

Take the time to learn the process before getting pulled in and definitely don't get blinded by high flying figures- Excel is easily manipulated.

@Juan Rosado, I am not from that area, but numbers are numbers and you can manipulate them a ton of different ways to justify a deal, but I always like to say "If you need a calculator to see if it is a profitable deal, it is too lean" . 

It is the posi temp line.
