When you are new as an investor, you also don't want to work with a new agent (you).Overall, I think a RE license is good for access (to homes to get reps and to the MLS) and I think the course itself is way more valuable for investors than agents (most just stay in residential and don't need to use all the weird stuff you learn).

I've learned the easiest way to do this is ask the owner to remove everything unnecessary for guest use AND give us permission and the freedom to remove items as we see best.Less stuff in the home, less issues and less work each turnover.

When most of us were 21, we were thinking about stuff other than real estate.May want to check out @Jered Sturm's path as he started in real estate during college and now is a syndicator.The first paragraph says it all. 21 is SO young.  

We're just talking about the dangerous stuff that makes people sick and post on BP forums about it.

Odds are most good agents will know what stuff actually trades for but I’m not sure how to verify it.

@Thomas Loyola My stuff is probably B- class if you take into consideration the actual criteria for classes.
