I have been learning how the process works and there are a lot of resources for how to interview a sponsor and review the deal, but how do you initially access the deals to review?

With a license, you'll have access to systems for prospecting & training.

.- My advice; however, is to work with a good mortgage broker as they often have access to more lenders (B or C lenders) that might be more flexible than the 5 big banks.- Finally where to buy: in general, ON, BC are expensive while AB, QC follows and other provinces, such NB, NS, PEI are much much more affordable.

I've watched several "Webinars" (pretty sure they're just hyped up YouTube videos and not what I would consider a webinar) right here from BP that are really just a push to become a "PRO" and gain access to all the tools.

Honestly, I don't think you will be sacrificing a lot if you choose DSCR over conventional these days, and it will give you access to your capital/equity a lot faster.Happy to connect if it would be helpful.Good luck!
