They used to hustle drugs or stolen cars, now they hustle non-stolen cars, or landscaping services, or plumbing, etc. 

, rehabbed them, and got everything stolen from under their roofs (including the copper wire in the walls), right before staging. 

Since this all occur I have had over 20k in merchandise for my business stolen.

I closed on my first property last June and have since had the water heater and furnace stolen, repairs over budget by about $7k to get the CoC, and now have a tenant that occasionally pays rent.

I'd have my car stolen while working on the place but who cares right? 

Had an inspection done this morning and the AC had been stolen, the main stack for the sewer was cracked, the furnace wasn't functional, water was turned off, asbestos covered ducts, nob and tube wiring, leaking roof just to name a few things.

No meters, stolen plumbing, busted windows, boarded up and condemned by the city. 

I flew into Pensacola and spent about 18 hours a day for an entire week cleaning up the property and getting it back in order and filing police reports (happened to be a felony because of the stolen fire extinguisher).
