Can anyone recommend some stand up lenders I can speak to?

When I purchased my first property in 2020, I feared then that COVID would cause a downturn, but I was thinking longterm and got "lucky"Many experienced investors I speak to have the same few regrets 1) I wish I started sooner2) I wish I bought more3) I wish I never sold

It can be a separate checking or savings but just make sure to have a "holding" account where only security deposits are held for your sanity.I won't speak to liability since I'm not a property manager, attorney, etc. 

I’ve heard him speak briefly about this on a podcast or two and am signed up to attend a webinar with them later this week.

NOTE: I did speak to an ODC rep. today about Fund Exits and i will say he was very transparent and honest about the state of all the funds. 

I have tried speaking with a few attorneys but haven’t gotten to far.

Look, @James Wise is arguably the "King" in this segment your speaking of and he's not gonna pump sunshine up your tailpipe saying it's all roses and fairy-farts.     

However, a different niche such as insurance placements, might very well be in the 70%~ occupancy level but the rents are going to be so much higher that the occupancy rate (comparatively speaking) is irrelevant.

They have noted who they invested with and several of these sponsors used to be huge contributors to a BP and now have gone completely dark on their investors or but continue to pump out podcast episodes and speaking engagements… So my question is: is it that bad out there in the syndication space?

Ask to speak with some of their current owners and current/former tenants.
